Local Jack and Jill Chapter Donation

The Greater Northeast Indiana (GNI) Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. sponsored two fundraisers for the 2022/2023 program year. The teen group had a popcorn fundraiser in the fall and voted to give all proceeds to The Euell Wilson Center, which totaled $1,155.00.

The mothers of GNI had a bowling fundraiser in the spring and voted to give all proceeds to Respect The Game, which totaled $1,285.00.

GNI looks forward to future fundraisers and giving back to the local Fort Wayne community.

BIPOCA Incubator and Gallery now open!

The BIPOCA Gallery is officially open for business and they are so excited to invite you to stop by for a viewing of the exclusive art collections. They are showcasing sought after collector paintings, prints, digital art, as well as wearable art collections which include handcrafted demi fine jewelry and handmade embroidered lux textile fashions. The exhibits feature hand-picked collections available in the showroom from local and international BIPOC artists. It’s a whole #newvibe!

Dyer Family Foundation Gives Second Round of Black Business Grants

On May 26, eighteen black owned businesses received a grant from the Dyer Family Foundation! The Indiana Fort Wayne Black Expo, Flagstar Bank and Dyer Foundation's Committee came together to assist, support and empower these businesses.

There was a range of $3,000- $25,000 awarded based on the need of the business, for a total of $202,000.
