Fall Family Fishing Derby Day – Final Derby of the Season!

FREE Fishing Day – No License or Permit Needed!

After the tremendous success of our last derby, which brought out families and neighbors from all across the community, the Fort Wayne Community Fishing Club is excited to announce its Fall Family Fishing Derby Day, the final fishing event of the season!

This FREE, family-friendly event will be held on Saturday, September 27th from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, with open fishing available all day afterward. And best of all — it’s an official Free Fishing Day in Indiana, which means no fishing license or permit is required to participate!

Event Highlights:

• FREE Fishing for Everyone – No License Needed!

• Fishing Contest from 8 AM – 12 PM with fun prizes

• Freshly stocked pond to ensure plenty of catches

• Open fishing all day after the contest – relax and enjoy

• A true community event for kids, parents, and grandparents alike
